Availability: The Currencycloud Portal is currently available to Unregulated FX Broker clients.
The Currencycloud Portal is a new, modern way to manage your FX activity. It allows Unregulated FX Broker clients to view and download conversion data and review activity across their own and their customers’ accounts.
How do I access the portal?
Access the Currencycloud Portal and sign in using your Currencycloud Direct login details.
What can I do in the portal?
Currently, you can:
- View trades that are either in “Settled” or “Awaiting Funds” status
- Filter results by account, reference, date type and date range
- Use an improved date picker to select date ranges more easily
- View results in both visual and list formats
- Download conversion data as CSV files
- Switch between your own account and your customers’ accounts to review customer-specific conversion activity

Use the Conversions Dashboard to review conversion activity. You can select an account, choose a date type and date range, and search for a specific reference.
The dashboard displays conversion information in chart and list views. You can also download the displayed data as a CSV file.

How do I view a customer’s account?
Use the on-behalf-of functionality to switch from your own account to a customer’s account:
1. Open the account menu
2. Choose Select user
3. Search for and select the required customer account
You can then review conversion data as it appears for that customer. To return to your own account, open the account menu and select Stop on behalf of.

Will more features be added?
Yes! The portal will continue to evolve, with additional functionality and improvements introduced over time.
