- Integration - next year, clients will be able to embed the onboarding process into their own tech via an API.
- As a regulated financial institution, we are obliged to collect and verify certain information about the individuals and companies who use our services.
- Your customer will send us the information we need by submitting an onboarding application using our white-labeled form (or in future, our API).
- The application is received by our systems, and a number of automated and manual checks are run against it.
- From the moment an application is started, you will be able to track its completion by your customer and its subsequent progress towards opening an account (coming soon).
- Once all checks have passed, we’ll enable an account for your customer.
- We provide automated notification emails and web hooks at key stages - starting with application submission confirmation and growing in number as we increase functionality.
