Your login ID is unique for each account, if you have one user with multiple accounts there will be a different login for each.
The answers to your security questions and your password are case sensitive so make sure you haven’t got Cap Locks on.
If you still can’t access the platform, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. This will allow you the reset you login credentials via an automated email service.
